BACKGROUND
Bank Mandiri appointed ANTIGRVTY as a long-term design partner (retainer) to enhance and evolve its digital ecosystem. One of our key focuses was Livin’ Merchant, a platform for F&B and retail merchants
SOLUTION
To ensure the experience met real-world demands, our team conducted on-site UX research directly with merchants from small coffee stalls to larger chains gathering pain points, habits, and feature priorities.
USER INTERFACE
We designed a modular and mobile-first UI system, with reusable components built to scale across devices and real-world merchant flows.
